I heard that lots of people do like life insurance agentbecause they are too "annoying".The problem is that the most of the agent just want to sell the same policy to anyone. And it will not work. I told one of my agent friend just sell the right policy to the right prospects.
A few years back(more than 10 yrs), my friend and I wentto the same attorney for the H1B visa. After reviewing my file, he applied green card for me directly, and I gotthe approval within a week. He knew the difference betweenthe candidates and he can make different choices for different clients.
I know some borrowers are thinking that all agents are the same. Actually they are the differnt. We choosedifferent lenders(and/or loan programs) for different clients. I told my clients that I can not get the lowestrate(nobody knows which rate is the lowest), but I can get you the file closed as smoothly as possible withthe best rate I have. Good Loan originators will makeyour experience difference as well.
