Completed another 15 miles this morning. And I ran
pretty well for the last weekend 1/2 Marathon race.
Then I would think even full marathon is easy.
But I think I will have to listen to the body,
even though I panned to runn 16, 18, 20 miles
in the next a few weeks, I think I may need to
slow down and avoid injury.

Sometimes, we will be lost, especially when we are
doing great. In thebooks of "For One More Day",
Mitch Albom talked about some mountain climber's
experience:
I asked him which was harder, ascending or descending
(as a mountain climber)? He said without a doubt descending,
because ascending you wer so focused on raching the
top, you avoided mistakes.

The backside of a mountain is a fight against human
mature. You have to care as much about yourself on the
way down as you did on the way up.
