WA, PA loans and the investment

June 15th, 2015 11:44 AM by Eric Fang

I decided not to take any WA or PA loans. The time difference will make the PA loans harder. It is not worth the extra efforts for only a few loans per year. And for WA loans, I think I am no ready yet and I do not have a market there either.

Met a few new friends recently, and everyone said that there is no good investment opportunities. I know a lot of people will say that there are good opportunities all the time, the problem is that how we can spot them.

I think the best investment is always to invest on yourself. When we are young, we investment on the new technologies, new skills, so that we can a better opportunity for career advances. And when we are older, we can invest on our own health. We can do whatever exercise to help us to have a strong body and let us feel better.

I told a few over-weighted guys that what they look like today was my image to them a few years ago. And what I am now is what you can achieve a few years later by more exercising.

I started running Marathon about 3 years ago. And only completed 3 so far. And I will complete another 3 this year. But I have different goals each year. For this year, I aim for BQ, and run at least another 7 minutes faster. For the training, I will do more of the hill runs. And I will have more abs workout for a strong core. Next two years, I will plan to have some races on the trails. So I am always expecting something new and exciting in the next a few years. I even told my friend that I will come to Toronto in 2017, Houston in 2018 for Marathon races. For the runners, we always plan the races at least one year ahead of time(for better training, and also much cheaper if we register earlier)
