When I worked with some investors, some will askme to refer them to some good accounts, some goodhandyman, etc. And sometimes, they think my referralsare not cheap. And I know that. Good professionals are always wanted. And lots of people don't findgood financial planners either, because they arenot cheap.
I recently work with one client who provided theloan docs just "for" me, who signed the loan docs just "for" me. I told her that this was also your loan, is not it?
I always think I am one of the best loan originators. That's why lots of clients asked for my service, and at the meantime I appreciated their business and referrals.
Even though the business is slowing down, I stillhave a record of loans closing this April. When I discuss the business with my clients, it is not just a purchase or refinance transaction. We will also discuss the strategy for the investment. I helped one borrowerto grow his portfolio of more tahn 10 properties; and for another borrower, we just closed the 8th loan; and working on the 9th loan. There are still plenty of opportunities on the market.
