I missed the days last year that I could go out for a morning. This year I am so busy and I schedule most of the speed trainings and the tempo runs on the evening.
I finished most of the conditions this morning, and the interest rate is a little bit higher, and suddenly I was thinking about running in the morning again.
I gave up the idea a few minutes later since my morning run will take at least 90-100 minutes for the 12 miles. It is very to run it tonight, as scheduled. And the weather is still so nice today.
Checked with Vancouver weather. It will be perfect one week later. The only thing scared me a little bit is the hills. According to coach advice, just do not run too fast on the downhill. And just use the first a few miles to get through the crowds. Since there is no qualifying pressure this time, I would just enjoy the race. But still, I can read lots of the online info for the race.
