It rained this morning and we still completedthe running as scheduled. My wife finished herfirst 10k(one hour) and my daughter finished her 3rd10k. And I finished my 2nd falf marathon this year, another PR with 1.5 minutes faster.
I think I can run in the rain in the future. This is indeed fun and not cold at all. And I changed my strategythis time by running at the same speed for 13.1 miles(all around 8:15 to 8:45 minutes per mile). And hopeI can run within total of 1:45 next time.
It's almost end of the year 2012. I don't think I will have much improvment for all my goals. Next year, I will run 5 half Marathons, a few 10ks, and lose another 10 lbs.
