RSU Income can be used to qualify loans

I know some borrowers need to use RSU to qualify the loans, especially Jumbo loans. There are some requirements: 1)It should be continuous for at least two years 2)The company should be a public company 3)And it is likely to continue in the future.
The rate is slightly better today. Hopefully, we will see the reversal trend in the next a few days, maybe lower rates?
