That's the normal topic when we runners see each other, and then we will talk about the races, etc.

And yes, I ran the big sur 21 miler race over the weekend. I did not run the full marathon just because my lottery entry was not picked up, otherwise I would do. And this was indeed the most beautiful course I have ever run. And I finished the number 13 of the 990 runners for the 21 miles, even my finish time was 2:26:29 because of the strong winds over the weekend.

Sorry, if I did not return the phone calls on Saturday, I was busy for the driving, and prepared for the race. And then I need to get up 3pm to take the bus to start line. But it was worth it. And I will try next time for the lottery again.

As for the mortgages, I got two purchase loans over the weekend, did submit them to the lenders, rate not locked yet. one reason might be the rate is not good enough yet. And also I do not think the rate will up too much from here.

There are more and more interests from F-1 Opt borrowers now. I was surprised that when one prospect contacted me for the request, and then another one requested, and another broker asked the same question. And now the answer is YES.  We can do the loan as long as the student has the EAD card. 

And I will find more requirement tomorrow.
