Yesterday was not a good day. First, I purchased 300 shares of AXP.
It is ok for a good company stock going down and you pick up some.
But at least I need to wait until the base built, or it will not go down
further. Like BAC, or JPM, they went down before, but for JPM $55
is a good price to enter, BAC $15 is ok too. So even though I like AXP,
we need to wait a little bit longer. Lesson learnt.

My hamstrings on the right side hurt yesterday. So I will have to get a
massage today. I do not know exactly what happened. I did not run
that much recently(only 40 miles per week), and the intense level
was lower than last year. Anyway, I skipped my 8 mile tempo run yesterday.
Hopefully I can pick up the training starting next week.

It's only less than 3 months for my Vancouver Marathon. Though I did not expect
a PR race, but still I need a good training.
