Not sure why, but the elnder lowered the rates for
condo 15 yr fixed. This might be related to the
competition. Sometimes, I give feedback to the lender
about the rates. They might listen to us this time.

I maintained 3 logs now. One is for this blog, I will
try to write as much as possible. One is for my
daily business log, mainly about what I should do, etc,
more like a planning log, or to-do list; another is the
running log. It's indeed very interesting to see how many
miles I run every week, every month.

Last month was a slow month for my running, only finished
128 miles, lower than Feb's 142 Mi & March's 135 Mi.
Should finish more this month, and already complete 30 miles
for the 1st 5 days(I cut 7 miles yesterday, otherwise 37 miles).

The philosophy about the running is similar to another
other areas. Usually when we work or study, we will talk
about the efficiency. It is the same for running.
I used to run "garbage" miles, and I decided to run more
efficiently from now opn.

Another friend finished her first Maraton 28th of April.
It took her 4:17. It is indeed an encouragement to me,
since we used to run very similar pace.
