I was trying to write a blog about it. Then I found a similar article in Chinese. And here is the similar article from CNBC

It is verty interesting now that no only the riches
are hoarding cash, the big companies are doing the same
thing.

When the riches are hoarding cash, they might think
there are not much good opportinties for the investment,
they don't want to take risks before the election
and they don't want to invest and hire more people
to expand the business either(same for those big
companies).

So the recovery will be very stagant and slow. And We
do not see much confidence from the riches at this
moment.
