One question for you.
 
I was told that the bank will not loan you if you
already had 4 home mortgages, is this true? can
we have 5th home loan if we find another good
house to invesrt?

A: We still have two lenders who can allow
5-10 financed properties, though there are
a little bit more requirements for the
cash reserves. I am actually working on
two this kind of loans now. All were approved.
