In my previous prediction of lower rates,
It can happen only on the condition of
Bad news of crisis from France and china

Everyone knows, PIIGS is no news. USA is no
News either. Those news will not move the
market that much.

But any bad news about France and China
will chake the market. See the link for today.
One shoe is dropping. Will we get the low rates
we predicted a few months ago(3.5% for 30 yr fixed,
3.0% for 15 yr fixed)?
