On Sep 6th blog, "Why we can not do some loans?", I talked about taking one final loan application for the high-balance loan(temporary limit) which expires the end of this month. I got all the applictaion on Sep 2nd, submitted the lender on 6th, ordered the appraisal on 7th, and the borrowers signed last night and we will fund this loan this Friday.

It is the first loan I did it so fast, especially with the temporary limit loan. I did get lots of help from the lender, and got the rush all the way from the underwriting, clearing the conditions, and final loan docs. And Sep 23rd is the last day for funding for this lender.

Yes, we made it again. And the rate was pretty good. 15 yr fixed 3.375% for high balanced.

Thanks for Sanjay to provide the loan docs as needed. We can not do it with any delay.
