8 Weeks away from Boston Marathon

Yes, I think I should focus more on the training from now on.

I spend a lot of the time travel around for the past 2 months, Pittsburg once, LA twice. And it affected the training a little bit. But the next 6 weeks will be important.

Just learnt something about organizing the projects. I have a todolist Apps to have all my lists for the todo tasks, mainly for the loans, some other personal appointments. And there are several ways of doing it:
1)Finish easy ones first. Then you can focus on the others later on.
2)Weighted the list by time, or your own way. For example, if you need to spend 2 hours on $400 project, and 2 hours on $800 projects. Do the $800 one first.
3)Prioritize them by the urgency. Do the important ones first.

For me, I used to finish the small tasks first, then focus on the other ones. But I had one case with the clients called me every morning and every afternoon for his loan, for the status of the loan. Though I told him we had to give the underwriter reasonable turnaround time, he still checked with me all the time. So I had to get him the status updates the first thing everyday. Otherwise, I will have about 4-5 voice mails everyday, and I would have to spend more time to explain.
