Lender called me today saying that we can not cancel
the impound right after closing. You will have to stay
with the lender for 6 months before cancelling impounds.

You can choose higher rates without impound, but if we
choose impound account, we will have to stick with
the impound account for 6 months.

Beside, I have impound account . And it's not that
bad.
