One one purchase loan closed the last week.
Purchase 245k with PITI $1425. 2003 built
new house with 2600 sqft. Rental income
expected $1600 to $1700.

Another loan is expected to be closed next
week. This borrower already have 5 loans.
And yes, this is the 6th loan. I have
only two lenders can do more than 4 loans.
I am glad that this loan will be closed smoothly.

A few a refinance loans closed with the
following rates: 5/1ARM 2.875% - 3%; 7/1 ARM 3.125%;
15 yr fixed 4.125%. All with no closing cost
with loan amount less than 417k and with impound
account.
