Yesterday, I posted a blog about our unlimited
potentials. Yes, we can challenge our body limits
for the running, for the hobby we like. And I reflected
the goals I set at the beggining of this year.
Most of them are on the track, the running, the
reading of the books and the losing weight.
I think I will have two goals next year:
1)gain some muscle. I lost some muscle by running.
I will have to get it back next year by weight lifting
or some other exercise. 2)Learn English. It's very
interesting to see the kids speaking fluent english,
and our English is still limited after so many years
in USA.
