For the past year, I predicted that we should see 15yr fixed rate will be very close to ARM rateand would like suggest to change ARM to fixedif you could afford it.
Like everything else, the rate has a bottom.Right now, some people were regret thatthey did not purchase more rentals whenit was low, but the bottom is gone.
Same for builder stocks, bank stocks, I recommendedat the beginning of this year. Builder stocks were upon average of 30% to 40% this year. Same for the mortgage rates, it's very close to the bottom, and you should serious condiser whether you shouldkeep the ARM or change to fixed.
Other news. I will run 12 mils tomorrow. Hope tokeep the pace of 8:45(8:45 minutes per mile). IfI can do it, then I can finish 1/2 marathon within 2 hours two weeks later. Also, I hired a coach(andOlympian coach) for correcting the running form.The main purpose is injury prevention and run alittle bit faster, if possible. I am not longer young as those kids.
