Just complete the Book: "18 minutes: xxxxx".One thing I can still remember from the book is thatthe author Peter Bregman tried to lose weightand he found that he could not do it by changing onething: reduce the sugar intake. And he lose aout 20 lbs.
And He also suggested to avoid multi-tasking, I will try it in the next a few weeks. I will try to reviewemail every 30 minutes(not all the times), and try to switch working on different lender filesall the time(and group then together and work on themat once). I am not sure whether I can try not to writeemails while on the phone.
Anyway, I will try to improve the efficiency so thatI can close more loans while I can still enjoy the runningand family activities.
I did not run 16 miles as scheduled. I need to focus onthe next half-marathon run in 4 weeks. I hope to improve a few minutes if I can, but the biggest problem is howI can run negative splits(run mile 7 to 13 faster then mile1 to 6). Though it's hard, I will try the best.
