Tried Yoga Today

It was my first Yoga ever. I liked it very much. I took it as a very good stretch class. At least it will be good for my running. So I plan to take one Yoga class every Friday now. Once I am getting better, I will take more classes.

Ordered two books yesterday: Family Fortunes: How to Build Family Wealth and Hold on to It for 100 Years and The Undercover Economist. The first book is mainly for my daughter. I hope she will like it. But I will read it first.

For Family Fortunes: How to Build Family Wealth and Hold on to It for 100 Years. It actually talked about something about investment. One thing I liked it the most is: the time is your friend. If you know you can investment for 40 years or 50 years, it is very easy to have a successful investment. Also, you do not have to take risks. If you find an easy way to invest, and it can be copied, then just keep doing it. For me, since I do not have other good ways, keep investing in SP 500 ETF is the way. I already asked Vanguard to deduct from my account first trading day of each month. And I will teach my daughter do the same thing. You do not have to spend a lot of time on it, just take a few minutes to setup the account.

One of my clients contacted with me for the refinance advice. He took 7/1ARM for 2.75% about 5.5 years ago. It was a good rate back then, and they can still have 18 months for this wonderful rate. But they are thinking about the 5/1 ARM 2.875% rate for another 5 years. That would be a good rate. And just think about it, they are going to have more than 10 years with the rates of below 3%. This was amazing.
