We are required to pass both National and State mortgage test this year in order to be in the mortgage business as mortgage originator. We should pass the test before Jan 1, 2011.

And I am so glad that I passed the test and I just spent two half days to review the material. Wish me good luck for the State test next week.

I will work on the monthly mortgage newsletter this weekend.
