I did not have any purchase loan closed past
week, though we have one postponed for next week.

I did have a few buyers with offer accepted
last week. Those properties are in Sacramento
area. And the values are heading lower.

I had one refinance loan failed last week
because of low value in Folsom. For another
folsom loan, we could finish it though the
value was 100k lower than 4 months again.

For bayarea properties, the value is stable.
And 5-10 refinanced loans was closed past week.
I had 5 loans closed TThursday. It was like
the old busy days were back. And I was super busy
for the past 30 days, and my monthly newsletter
was delayed because of that.
