I am glad today that several clients called me today to appreciate my service and my rates and also told me that their co-workers had the problems with the loans, rates.
Yes, I closed 100% of the loan I locked in Nov/Dec 2009 except those properties I mentioned in Failed Cases.
My business grows faster in the last a few years because my service, my rates and my standard business practice. I don't over-commit and don't delivery. Since I am good at the rate trends, I will float the rate when I am 90% sure I can get it. And when I lock the rate, I will clse this loan. I hate to tell my clients, "For xxx reasons", your rate expired, and We will have to wait till the rate is getting better.
The rate trend changes a little bit, I will have new rtae trend out this week.
