Someone called me yesterday about the lower rates.
It is impossible to see new low rates. It is the same
with any other products. Like the houses, you can not
get "cheap" good deals now. Like stocks, you can not get
WFC for $9, or BAC for $5.  The time is gone.

For the rate, just get a more reasonable rate and focus
on the important part of the life.
