Martket might be crazy again

Some lenders just started loan programs for first time home buyers with 1% down payment.
But at the mean time, Frediie Mac make restrictions for the 3% down payment loans. They require those 3% from the buyers, not from any source of gift founds.
And the realtors, the loan originators are starting using instagram and snapchat to get more business. Maybe I need to register an account at least with instragram.
