No Purchase loans closed the past week. But
one hard purchase loans were approved. Borrower
has more than 5 financed properties with less than
two years landlord experience. And we are all
happy this loan was approved by a big bank.

Lots of loans closed the past week with ARM
history low rates and more loans locked
the past week as well.

Though I was very busy, I managed to complete the
