Last time, we talked about the buyer agent who helped
the client to get a dean(who beat the cash-offer
with lower buyer price).

And here is the story about the listing agent. There
was a short sale/REO property listed for 800k for
quite sometime and the bank did not get an offer(
don't know why). And the bank decided to change
a listing agent. The new agent listed that property
for only 720k. But this listing price drove lots
of traffic for this property. And to everyone's surprise,
the property was sold for 775k. And the market price
was only about 750k. At least the bank is very happy
about the deal.

I know some buyers would like to choose those agents
who can offer the "rebates". Sometimes, the experienced
agents can make your buying/selling experience different.
