Q: I did cash-out loan 4 months ago, Why my broker told me
that I can not do a refi now and I have to wait for 6 months.
My loan amount is 400k.

A: I know your lender. For one lender, you will not be allowed
within 6 months if you just did a cash-out; for another lender,
if you want to do a refi within 6 months, then you will have
to do another cash-out.

For your case, that lender will not allow you to refi within
6 months.
