Got lots of phone call of the interest of low ARM rates. I actually have those low rates now(3.75% to 3.875% for <=417k loans; 4% for 625k loans). Am still in the middle of training and settng up the system. And I can accept loan application after Nov 12th. Check with me the afternoon of Nov 12th for the updated rates.
