This is the 1st blog for this program. I just want to
let you know the current rate, the trend, etc.

Today's rate is 3.875% for 10/1ARM with no closing cost for
the loan amount around 400k. It could go lower in the
next a few months.

These program is not for everyone. This is for those who
think 5/1ARM is too short, who currently have 30 yr fixed
loan and may not stay at the house for the next 30 yrs.

I will update more on the rates in the next a few months.

And you read my blogs, you will find that I rotate the
promotions as well(same as the lender). I focused on
ARM at the beginning, then 15 yr fixed, and will
focus on 10/1 ARM as well.
