If you have the loan with me, Here is the updates:
For purchase transactions, I can still have the loan approved within one week; For refinances, we will expect the loan approval around 2.5 weeks to 3 weeks.

Everyone is very busy now, including the lender, escrow officers, appraisers and notary. But all the loans should be closed within one month. We may need more time for those loans with 2nd loan subordination or some special cases.
