Karea tension and Ireland crisis are just excuses. The rate will move lower from here.

Traders like volatile market. The good traders make money when the market is up or down. And we all know the rate rate will stay at a lower level, just because Fed wants to.

For the last two weeks, while the rate is up, I collected lots of applications to wait for better rates. Though some borrowers asked me to lock the rate, I am still patiently waiting for better rates.

Let me know if you are interested in lower rates. I will tell you what kind of rates are reasonable and doable low rates.

Usually I will be in China the week of Thanksgiving. And this year it's an exception because of the loan application volume.

Enjoy the holidays.
