I know some borrowers are frustrated with the communication with their agents. I told them that every (good/busy) agent has similar issues.

Typically we are busy in the morning. First we have the fund the loans in the morning. The cut-off time is 1pm PCT, so we have to work closely with the lenders to get everything ready by them. Second, some lenders has the branches in the east coast. Like citi mortgage, they have branch office in Dallas, the office hours is 6am to 3pm PCT. So we will work with those files first when those guys still in office. Third, we have limited time and can not take every phone calls.

So email is still the best way to communicate with me. I usually can email back within one hour. If not, then you can email me back again.
