I hope everyone is doing well.

lot to talk about. Eepecially the "Linsanity".
It is so amazing that Nicks won the last 7 straight
games with the rising of Jeremy. And it was said
President Obama will watch the game Feb 21st.

Also, lots of news in the mortgage industry.
First, we "loved" Povident Funding,
and we hate "PF". Two news about this lender
recently: 1)They will no longer do Condo loans,
except high-rise condo in SF, nEW York, etc.
2)PF has the waiting period changed from 120
days to 180 days.

Most lenders already have the G-Fees kicked in.
That's one of the reasons why the rate is a litlle
higher starting Thursday. Another reason is the
inflation "heats up". Actually we all know
there are some kind of inflation from the daily
life, and we don't need data to support that.
