The rate should stay at this level or lower the rest of this week. We will expect the rate lower in the next a few weeks. That's why I am collecting loan applictaions recently to prepare for lower rates.

I just heard the rumor that Fed may extend the purchase of MBS after end of March. It it becomes true, then we should have low rates for extended time frame.
