I did not have much time to work on the newsletter the weekend. So I think most likely I will get it done Monday or Tuesday.

I was just reviewed The Feb Newsletter.  It was kind of right so far. And all the rate trends analysis was accurate too. So I hope you guys(including other loan agents) can benefits from my analysis. There are more challenges for the predictions in the future because of the uncertainty of the market.

I will publish the newletter in the next two days, for sure.
