30 yr fixed(best scenario) is getting 4.25% soon.
15 yr fixed will be 3.25% soon(maybe the next two weeks).
So we can still wait a little bit if you want to refi now.

Discussed the English with my daughter. She thought that
is not the right way, because she does not some of
the idioms either. I will focus on the most regular used
ones.

About 10 years ago, when I just got my real estate license.
I was so excited about it and interviewed a few mortgage
brokers, Real Estate Agents. Though I ended up working
with Fair Lending USA at the beginning, I indeed got some
good advice. One realtor told me that I should start with
a big company(if I want to be a realtor) to learn more
at the beginning, and take some classes about "communications".
And she told me that communication skills are very important.
And 10 years, I ordered a few books to learn, and one of the
books is: The Fine Art of Small Talk: How To Start a Conversation,
Keep It Going, Build Networking Skills -- and Leave a Positive
Impression! Hopefully I can learn something.
