Hope everyone enjoy a great day today.

We actually celebrated by having a lunch together,
I know it will be busy this evening since it is
Friday.

Nothing new for the mortgage side except the stock
market was up again. I believe the rate will stay
at this level for sometime(until it goes up, just
kidding).

It is another routine day for me, except that I applied
the loan originator license this week for the State
of Washington. It should be completed next week
after my fingerprint and background check Tuesday.

Also, I completed the education for the license
for the state of Texas. So I will apply the license
as well.

Anyway, I am ready for the out of states loans soon,
though I don't think I will do loans for all states,
maybe just a few more states.
