As I mentioned in the previous blogs, some investors
will shift their interest from ARM to fixed loan
programs.

Starting today, I will promote more programs on fixed
loans. If any of you are interested in 10 yr fixed,
15 yr fixed, or 30 yr fixed. Please send me your expected
interest rates.

I know there are some lenders who are willing to lower
there profit margins to get the lower than market rates.
