I am doing lots of pre-approval recently.
I sent out 7 of them. And we will share with
you with some of the findings.

1)We have very good Jumbo ARM rental rate
if LTV <=50%. You may not believe it, the rate
is only 3%.

2)We can do loans for the property with garage
conversion. We just closed one transaction last month.
And my borrower submitted offer for another one today.

3)For interest rate, it is going up and down.
But this is within the trading range. But I
do not expect the rate going much lower from here.
Conforming 30 yr fixed 4% no closing cost rate
might be history.

4)I will start my first running after the Sunday
Marathon race. My legs feel fresh again. But I will
not do Thursday morning tempo runs. But I will do
my Saturday morning 10 mile run(again).

After the big achievement this Sunday. I think I should
be qualify boston soon. My plan is to improve my
speed of 10 seconds per year for the next 3 years.
So I would qualify Boston at age of 50. Is not it the
wonderful gift for myself?
