The rate continued to get better

7/1 ARM rate is getting a little bit better for most programs(conforming, High Balance and Jumbo). Check with me to see if you can qualify better rates.
Did not start the running yet. I will do a 4 mile easier after this blog. And just downloaded 4 audio books: The Education of a Value Investor, My Best Race; What I talk about when I talk about Running; My life on the run.
And I will have to grab a pair of shoes and get out of the door.
