This is actually one of the 7 habits from Stephen Covey:The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. My running, exerciseand reading(blogging) are actually the ways of sharpening the saw. I spent about 3 hours a day now on exercise, butmy loan production is still at the same level as the recordvolume.

I took the training of this course as required by my employer about 10 years ago. I though this source was boring at that time; and later I found it very useful.Though the other habit I can remember is: Put First things First.
