Sometimes, I am wondering whether Facebook and google work together, though I know they would not since they are competitors on the ads field.

Last weekend, I visited a financial advisor from Wells Fargo about some bonds investment. And to my surprise, his name shows on my facebook suggested friends list. Just do not know why. And my tenants shows on my list sometimes, my massage person on my list once in a while. And sometimes, two of my neighbors on my list as well. So I am wondering how facebook can get the info about the "friends"? So they listed my friends by my location? And massage person since I searched them on the ads? Just could not figure out, and a little bit surprised.

The ARM rate is up a little bit recently. I have a few clients who used to have 10/1 ARM for 3.x rates(for Jumbo), and now they want to switch to 3% for 7/1 ARM. And one client who had 2.75% 4 years ago, and wants to refi to 2.75% for another 5 years. Sometimes, it is not a bad idea to take ARM rate, if you can handle the risk.

I was supposed to run 6 miles easy today, but I skipped it because of busy schedules. So I will have to make it up Wednesday.
