Jobless claims is down a little bit, and we
can not call it a good report, so the recovery
is still a long way to go, which is good
for the mortgage rates.

Some borrowers contacted with me to ask me
to watch the rates for them, and some others
committed the rate locks recently to take advange
the low rates first.

I know it sounds crazy, but I did get up at 4:30am.
So don't be surprised when you get my emails around 5am.
I am practicing for the morning run, so I will be ready
when I start the marathon at 7am this Dec 8th.
Though this is a routine run, My first priority is no
injury, and then just enjoy the running.
