Everytime when I do the refi, it has some problems with foreign properties, like Japan, India, China and France, etc.
And I just found out that the interesting rate for Japan was so low. It is about 2%. I have one borrower started purchasing Japan properties. I believe that he knows a lot about the country since he lived there for a few years. And I have another who purchased property in France. I do not know the rate.
But I am so surprised by this trend. Maybe this is because of the strong US dollar?
