Q:After refinancing a number of times, I find paperworks
(closing doc, deed, etc.) piling up in my closet. So
I was wondering if I needed to keep those. Do I have
to keep them?

A: It's better if you can keep the Note and the final HUD1.
But if you don't keep, I will keep all the files for my
clients. And the escrow company has a copy as well
for most important documents.
