Even though the rate is a little bit lower,
still lots of people thought it is not "low"
enough. But I encouraged some clients
to lock the rates.

Some clients took 30 yr fixed 4%; 15 yr fixed
rate with 3.125%; and I do have some good rates
for condo as well, like 5/1 ARM 3% for no closing
cost at all.

I am preparing a test for out of state loans.
Hopefully I can do loans for WA, TX, etc soon.
