First, if you put a freeze on your credit reports, please unfreeze it ahead of time. Otherwise it will delay the closing. The unfreeze process may take a few days though the credit bureau said that it would take 24 hours.
Second, if you plan to take maternity leave, better let the agent and lender know. This will affect the closing as well.
