We can have a little bit logic sense

I have a few cash-out refinance this week. One is the loan amount of $250k rental and asked the rate of 4% or lower for the refinance; and another was 15 yr fixed for 3% rental with loan amount 300k.

I know it is hard to understand the rental rate. But normally it should be 0.5% higher than the primary home. And 0.125% for cash-out loans; and another 0.125% for $250k compared with $424k loan amount. So 4% of $250k rental loan is equivalent of 3.25% primary. That was about the history lowest rates. And another one asked for 15 yr fixed 3%. I indeed had some clients got this rate(actually 2.875% for rental). But it was in 2013.

I think I found a way to read books. I only complete those books I am interested. And then I will count the pages, and plan to finish reading 20 pages a day. Since most of the books have around 140 to 280 pages, so I can finish reading the book within one or two weeks. And I am so glad that I already finished 17 books this year, no problems for 20 books. Here list is here.
